Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping charges and COD (Cash on Delivery) convenience fees are service-related costs. These are non-refundable and will not be included in store credit issuances for returns.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. aroha is not responsible for misdeliveries or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address data provided by the customer.
